AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team has an immediate opportunity available for Project Manager IV - Data Centers for employment in Bogota, Colombia. 

The Project Manager IV will play a key role in supporting AECOM's Project and Design Management Team within the enterprise capabilities office in Colombia. This position focuses on managing internal services for AECOM offices worldwide, ensuring efficient delivery of project scopes and optimal utilization of resources. The candidate will oversee project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain adherence to defined scopes and timelines.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Lead project planning, execution, and closure phases, ensuring all deliverables meet internal quality standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocations to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including global AECOM offices and team members, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Implement risk management strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and internal clients.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with AECOM’s internal standards and operational guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field + 6 YORE in project and/or design management within the construction or infrastructure sectors or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience working with international teams and projects.
• Familiarity with AECOM’s internal processes and standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data center experience will be high value.
