The Role

As a Project Management Intern (Dutch Speaking), you will become an integral part of the operational team within one of our Units. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will help run the unit with an agency mindset driving client satisfaction, supporting the delivery of high-quality productions, and contributing to a collaborative and energetic team culture.

In this role, you will assist in coordinating and managing a wide range of productions, from small-scale shoots to large-scale projects with budgets exceeding €150K. You will gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, including planning shoots, supporting budget management, preparing client and internal meetings, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will also develop strong organisational and multitasking skills while working with project management tools such as Airtable, ensuring clear oversight across multiple concurrent projects.

What you’ll do

Support Project Managers with daily operational and production tasks.

Take ownership of small but essential production tasks such as sending packages, handling traffic requests, and coordinating logistics for creators.

Assist in the organisation and execution of shoots, ensuring all operational details are prepared and in place.

Source and coordinate models, locations, and other production requirements to support smooth project delivery.

Prepare meetings, create agendas, and ensure clear follow-ups and reporting after internal and external discussions.

Support the coordination of key client accounts by ensuring timely execution of operational requests.

Help maintain project flow and continuity, particularly supporting the team on days when workload is high or when key team members are unavailable.

What we’re looking for

You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.

You are a well-organized multitasker, a team player, stress-resistant, creative, and always eager to learn.

You have an affinity for social media and a solid understanding of digital culture and trends.

You have an understanding of finance and are eager to improve your skills in this area.

You are interested to learn how to create schedules and ensure they are followed.

You quickly adapt to and master new project management tools.

Strong communication skills are essential.

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch.

Available for 6 months. 

Start date: May 2025.

Requirements

You must be enrolled to a university within the EU

You hold a valid residence permit and have a Dutch BSN

You are based in NL

Available to come to the office in Amsterdam

The starting date of the internship will be as soon as possible. This is a six-month internship, with the potential to transition into a junior role.The remuneration package for the internship is 500€ per month based on full time.
