We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager – Initiatives Lead to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to lead and deliver a portfolio of projects, including new product introductions, change initiatives, promotional activities and complexity reduction programs.
You will bring a structured project management approach, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for: 
• End-to-end management of initiatives, from feasibility through to implementation and post-launch review
• Leading project planning, including defining scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g. Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, and external partners) to ensure seamless delivery
• Developing clear project documentation, including business cases, project plans, status reports, and updates
• Facilitating project governance forums to drive alignment, decision-making, and accountability across stakeholders
• Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving barriers to delivery
• Overseeing trial and launch readiness activities, ensuring alignment across materials, systems, and resources
• Partnering with stakeholders to manage transitions and changes in line with project timelines
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce complexity across projects
• Ensuring all projects are delivered in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards, on time and within budget
• Supporting and managing facility and site requirements as part of project delivery
We’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
• Strong, proven project management experience, ideally within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced, complex environment
• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation
• Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, timelines and project risks
• A structured, outcomes-focused approach, with excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capability
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) highly regarded
• Tertiary qualification at bachelor’s level or equivalent
