We’re hiring a Project Manager, Implementations to join the team at a growing healthcare technology company delivering solutions within a highly regulated, data-sensitive industry.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of client implementations (from onboarding through to post go-live) ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with a high level of client confidence. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving are critical to success.

📍 Work Type

• Location: Vaughan, ON (Fully Onsite – 5 days a week in office)

Requirements:
🎯 What You’ll Do

• Own the full lifecycle of client implementations - from onboarding through to post go-live completion
• Lead initial conversations and onboarding activities across multiple client projects
• Act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through each phase of implementation
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and timelines effectively
• Facilitate regular client meetings, status updates, and project planning sessions
• Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and drive resolutions
• Ensure all implementation activities are completed before transitioning clients to the Account Management team
• Continuously bring structure and process improvements to implementation workflows

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, implementations, or client delivery roles
• Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a structured, organized way
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing SaaS or software-based solutions
• Exposure to healthcare, medical imaging, or other regulated environments
• Experience working with data migrations or system integrations

Benefits:
• Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
