Roles and responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all implementation accounts, ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee special projects, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Participate in pre-onboarding and onboarding planning sessions with potential and new clients to ensure seamless transition and implementation.

• Lead workforce planning and coordination, working closely with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.

• Ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience by aligning processes, timelines, and deliverables across all involved departments.

Requirements:
• 1 - 2 years proven experience as a Project Manager / Coordinator (Implementation / special projects / stakeholder management)
• Ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously
• BPO Industry experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work ONSITE in Makati (Main Site) and Mandaluyong
• Amenable working nigh shift
