Project Manager ILS - Defence (f/m/d)*

What we intend to do together:
• Provide support to our customers: Deliver maintenance concepts, life cycle cost analyses, obsolescence information, and spare parts recommendations.
• Create documentation: Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation for the operation and maintenance of our systems.
• Organize training: Plan and deliver training sessions for users and maintenance teams, including Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Lead the ILS team: Take responsibility for WPM-ILS and ensure timely delivery of all ILS results within the project.
• Coordinate stakeholders: Work closely with customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
• Report progress: Prepare progress reports and manage opportunities and risks.
• Act as the connecting link: Ensure effective communication between all parties involved.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders and customers.

What you convince with:
• You have a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field.
• You have several years of experience in project management and are familiar with processes and methodologies.
• You possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate clearly and effectively.
• You work cost-conscious, customer-oriented, and results-driven, keeping goals and budgets firmly in mind.
• You actively seek collaboration with different teams and departments.
• You have commercial awareness and understand business and financial aspects.
• You are willing to travel internationally several times a year.
• You enjoy teamwork and consider mutual support and assistance as natural. You are a true team player.
• You take proactive initiative and actively contribute to developing ideas and solutions.
• You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks and results.
• You have excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, you also have knowledge of the German language.
