Project Manager

Rapsodo is a sports technology company that designs computer vision and machine learning products to help athletes maximize their performance. Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, MLB, USA Baseball, Golf Digest, PGA of America, and over 1000 NCAA athletic departments.

Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. We have offices located in Bayraklı & Technopark in the Izmir Ege University, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology as one of Turkey’s most successful Technoparks. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. Rapsodo is rapidly growing, and we are looking for team players who will contribute to deliver state-of-the-art solutions with us. We're looking for an AI-Enabled Project Manager to join us!

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery outcomes and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Use AI tools to support execution (e.g., breaking down tasks, generating documentation, analyzing risks).
• Contribute hands-on to product execution while enabling teams to adopt AI-supported workflows.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality products at speed.
• Facilitate iterations, ensure progress, and actively unblock teams when needed.
• Maintain clear alignment across stakeholders with concise communication and visibility on priorities, risks, and progress.
• Continuously improve workflows, tools, and development practices to increase efficiency and autonomy.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product delivery, engineering, or product management.
• Experience with software development (web, mobile, APIs, systems).
• Systems-thinking mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and integrating them into workflows.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and drive execution with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong analytical thinking and bias toward action.
• Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to align teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Preferred: Experience with AI-assisted development environments, modern tools (e.g., Notion, Linear), and exposure to UI/UX or system design.
