Project Manager – Healthcare Construction (Medford, OR or Redding, CA)

$120,000 – $140,000+ DOE (Range may flex upward for highly qualified candidates)

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a $10M–$25M ground-up healthcare construction project in Redding, California. This is a high-impact role focused on project financial performance, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and healthcare compliance (OSHPD/HCAI preferred). The ideal candidate can step into an active project environment and drive execution from early stages through closeout.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day management of a complex healthcare project, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met

Own project financials: job cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, pay applications, and SOV management

Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, and submittals

Partner with the Superintendent to develop and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project

Work closely with in-house architects, owners, and senior leadership

Enforce site safety, quality control, and contract compliance

Support project buyout, estimating, and closeout documentation

Qualifications

5–8+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction

Strong background in healthcare or large ground-up commercial projects

Demonstrated expertise in project financial management and cost control

Ability to step into an active project and hit the ground running

Proficiency with Microsoft Project

Strong knowledge of contracts, change management, and subcontract administration

Ability to travel as needed

Preferred/Strong Plus

OSHPD/HCAI experience

Experience with Sage 300, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field

OSHA 30 certification

Compensation & Location Support

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000+ DOE

Onsite in Redding, CA or Medford. OR
