Project Manager - Health Apps and Regulated Technology

RESTRICTED ROLE – USA COMPLIANCE REQUIRED

WowSuite and OnPoint Health Media and Tech build regulated U.S. digital health and TeleHealth platforms handling PHI, payments, and high-volume traffic.

We are hiring one Project Manager to control delivery inside strict U.S. compliance frameworks.

This role is a release gatekeeper.
Nothing launches without your approval.

ROLE MANDATE

You supervise the build and deployment of modern health applications across web and mobile, ensuring full alignment with U.S. regulatory, security, and audit standards.

You own quality control, compliance readiness, and operational integrity.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTROL

End-to-end execution of U.S. TeleHealth and health commerce applications  

Formal QC programs including structured test plans, UAT, regression testing, and documented release sign-off  

HIPAA-aligned workflows including PHI handling, encryption validation, access control enforcement, and audit logging  

SOC 2 control mapping, documentation management, and audit evidence readiness  

PCI DSS-aligned payment flow validation and secure data handling  

Vendor compliance oversight across cloud, hosting, and third-party integrations  

Incident response coordination and corrective action implementation  

Audit-ready documentation suitable for U.S. review  

STRICT REQUIREMENTS

Minimum five years managing regulated technology or health tech projects  

Direct, hands-on experience with HIPAA compliance in live systems  

Demonstrated leadership of structured Quality Control frameworks  

Experience preparing systems for external audits  

Strong understanding of PHI, encryption standards, access control, and secure architecture  

Ability to enforce standards under pressure
