Project Manager

Your mission:
As a Senior Project Manager at Astrafy, you will be a "Force Multiplier" for both our clients and our internal team. You will bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value, ensuring that our high-standard delivery translates into tangible success for our major accounts.

• Strategic Client Leadership: You will own the relationship with senior stakeholders at our main customer, acting as a "Trusted Advisor" who shapes their project roadmap rather than just managing tickets.

• Production Excellence: You will move beyond "reporting the weather" to "building the shelter" by anticipating dependencies and removing blockers before they impact delivery.

• Internal Practice Building: You will be a key architect of the Project Management department at Astrafy. This includes co-authoring "Company Playbooks" to standardize our delivery methodology and mentoring junior team members to raise the collective bar.

• Scope & Value Management: You will proactively manage "Scope Creep" and align project execution with P&L goals, ensuring technical purity never comes at the cost of project health.

Your profile:
We are looking for a seasoned professional who embodies the Astrafy mindset: someone who rejects the "that's not my job" mentality and treats the client’s success as their own.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically leading large-scale, transformative IT or data-driven projects.

• Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate "vague problems into roadmaps" and explain complex technical concepts to C-level executives in business terms.

• Technical Literacy: While you don't need to write code, you possess "T-Shaped Ambition"—you understand the modern data stack (GCP, AI/ML, BI) enough to challenge technical decisions and offer a "Menu of Pain" regarding trade-offs.

• Certified Expertise: You hold recognized PM certifications (such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum) and have a proven track record of managing project margins and profitability.

• Location & Language: You are fluent in both French and English and are currently based in the Geneva neighborhood to facilitate close collaboration with our primary client.

• Radical Ownership: You have a "Safe Pair of Hands" reputation, requiring zero hand-holding to execute 100% of your role with reliability and autonomy.
