Project Manager - General Construction

At Sentry, we’re more than builders — we’re a full-service General Contractor delivering construction management, design-build, and concept-to-completion solutions. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Watertown team and lead commercial and industrial projects with integrity, energy, and results.

What You’ll Do

- Manage projects from preconstruction through final close-out
- Lead Superintendents and field crews with a focus on collaboration, safety, and quality
- Coordinate with in-house self-perform divisions including Structural Steel, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting for leadership
- Build trust with clients, architects, and engineers through clear communication and problem-solving

What You Bring

- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Financial and contract management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
