Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is built for someone who wants full ownership — not just a portion of the process.
You will manage projects end-to-end, including estimating, contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Our projects span commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors, offering a diverse and steady pipeline of work.
This is an ideal role for a hands-on builder who understands both the field and financial side of construction and thrives working independently.
What You'll Own
• Manage 3–4 concurrent projects ranging from $2M–$10M
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including estimating, contracts, scheduling, change orders, billing, and cost tracking
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Serve as the primary client contact and drive communication throughout the project
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure overall project profitability
• Identify and resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and execution before they escalate
Requirements:
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, or a construction-related degree with strong project responsibility
• Experience with estimating and contract management
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once without heavy oversight
• Strong communication and coordination skills across clients, subs, and internal teams
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a hands-on, ownership-driven role
• Certifications like PMP or OSHA are a plus
• Willingness to work in-office; relocation candidates welcome
Benefits:
• Base salary: $75,000–$100,000
• Performance-based growth opportunities
• Stable pipeline of projects
• High level of autonomy and clear path for advancement
