Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to lead a large-scale migration of company files from Dropbox to Google Drive, while overseeing project execution and workflow optimization through Asana. This role is ideal for someone who is technically proficient, process-driven, and confident in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system transitions.
You will play a key role in organizing digital assets, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting the broader team through change management and streamlined documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities
File Migration & Digital Asset Organization
• Lead the full migration of files from Dropbox to Google Drive
• Audit existing folder structures, access permissions, and usage
• Build a scalable and logical Google Drive folder architecture
• Ensure accurate file transfer with version control and zero data loss
• Manage access levels and security settings
• Identify and manage duplicate or outdated assets
• Train teams on new structure, permissions, and best practices
Project Management in Asana
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies
• Ensure team alignment and accountability for deliverables
• Improve Asana workflows, templates, rules, and automations
• Monitor risks, troubleshoot blockers, and drive on-time delivery
• Translate business needs into clear, trackable action items
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with department leads to gather workflow and storage requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for Drive organization and Asana tracking
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues proactively
Continuous Improvement
• Recommend enhancements to digital organization and operational efficiency
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and training materials
• Support ongoing adoption and long-term maintenance of new systems
Requirements:
Qualifications
• 2–4+ years experience in project management or operations
• Strong understanding of cloud storage systems (Dropbox, Google Drive)
• Hands-on experience with Asana (dashboards, automations, workflows)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience in training or process adoption is a strong plus
Mandatory Skills
Technical
• Proficiency in Google Drive structuring, permissions, shared drives
• Experience migrating files between cloud storage platforms
• Project management fundamentals (timelines, risk management, stakeholder coordination)
• Strong Asana capabilities (templates, dependencies, dashboards, reporting)
Organizational & Process
• Exceptional accuracy in large-scale file handling
• Strong documentation and workflow system design skills
• Clear communication during change transitions
General
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects
Desired (Preferred) Skills
• Creating SOPs and training content
• Familiarity with other PM tools (Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp)
• Knowledge of Google Workspace Admin functions
