Job Description

We’re hiring an Industrial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to manage industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role combines estimating, project execution, and field coordination to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage industrial construction projects from bidding through closeout
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for industrial construction scopes
• Coordinate field supervision, subcontractors, and material procurement
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines

Requirements:
• Experience in industrial or heavy commercial construction project management
• Must have Steel or Petrochemical experience
• Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and stakeholders
• Professional communication skills with a strong attention to detail
