PROJECT MANAGER - ELECTRICAL (SUBSTATIONS)

- High-Voltage Substations & Transmission Infrastructure

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical substation projects from design through to testing and commissioning.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with TB, consultants, and contractors to secure technical and regulatory approvals.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, documentation, and presentations for management and clients.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining high safety and quality assurance standards.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and decision-making skills.
- Based in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.

Nice to Have
- Experience managing large EPC or utility-based substation projects.
- Familiarity with TNB standards, grid interconnection, and power system safety.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
