Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of learning and content development projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects across instructional design, SMEs, media, and delivery teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Strong project fundamentals and hands-on experience with Microsoft Project are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
• Own full project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery and closure
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies using Microsoft Project
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders
• Track progress, manage changes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Stakeholder & Team Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders
• Coordinate across Instructional Design, SME, Media, QA, and Delivery teams
• Facilitate status meetings, document decisions, and manage follow-ups
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations
Resource & Risk Management
• Plan and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans
• Manage workload distribution and resolve delivery bottlenecks
Quality & Client Experience
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Support review cycles, feedback incorporation, and final sign-off
• Maintain strong client communication and relationship management
Reporting & Governance
• Provide regular project status reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Track budgets, utilization, and effort against plan
• Support MIS and billing inputs as required
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and delivery effectiveness
• Leverage tools and automation where appropriate to streamline workflows
