Project Manager – Dynamics 365 CE Business Central

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and Business Central projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation, integration, and enhancement of our Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business users, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Oversee data migration and integration processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Facilitate testing phases, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure that documentation and training materials are created and maintained for end-users.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience, specifically with Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central.
• Proven track record of successfully managing full lifecycle projects in a software implementation environment.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex project dynamics under pressure.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP concepts, particularly in sales and customer service domains.
• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
