Your mission:
We are looking for Senior Consultants and Project Managers for our sister company to accelerate the transformation and digitalization of intermodal and rail freight transport – because this is how we contribute to shifting more traffic onto rail!

• Project Success
You take full responsibility for the success of customer projects.
• Digitalization
You develop digitalization strategies, conduct fit-gap analyses, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Requirements Management
You ensure effective requirements management, including the formulation of user stories.
• Change & Rollout
You design and implement change and rollout concepts and support their execution.
• Process Optimization
You analyze business processes, lead optimization workshops, and initiate turnaround programs.
• Transport Concepts
You evaluate rail siding, scheduling, and transport concepts, and develop them to implementation readiness.

Your profile:
• Customer Inspiration: Enthusiasm for inspiring customers through passion, expertise, and determination.
• Knowledge of rail logistics: Solid knowledge of rail logistics (intermodal and/or rail freight transport).
• IT & Digitalization: Strong IT affinity and experience in process digitalization and digital transformation.
• Challenges & Detail: Confidence in tackling major challenges as well as attention to detail.
