Position:
Jung von Matt is looking for a Project Manager Digital - Performance (d/f/m). You support performance initiatives across SEO, GEO and marketplace optimization - coordinating specialists and implementation teams to turn insights into measurable improvements.
Your tasks:
• Coordinate SEO and performance projects (audits, backlogs, implementation planning, QA) across content and tech
• Support marketplace initiatives (e.g., Amazon Business, Conrad): content operations, optimization cycles, reporting cadence
• Collect requirements, document action items and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and deadlines
• Support KPI tracking, reporting and the translation of data into next steps
• Support client communication, status updates, and basic budget/time tracking
What you score with:
• A few years of experience in digital project coordination/management (agency or comparable)
• Basic SEO understanding (technical & content) and curiosity to deepen it fast
• Interest in GEO/AI search trends and what they mean for content and platform structures
• Marketplace affinity: catalog/content quality, keyword logic, retail media fundamentals (nice to have)
• Structured, reliable, and confident in coordinating multiple workstreams
• Familiarity with agile methods and tools (Jira/Confluence or similar)
• Fluent German and good English
Experience:
• Experienced in working with specialists (SEO, content, analytics, dev) and keeping delivery organized
• First exposure to analytics/reporting logic (dashboards, recurring reports)
