Your New Role and Team

Sanctuary AI, a world leader in building dexterity-driven Physical AI for general purpose robots, is seeking a Project Manager, Deployments to help bring our technology from the lab to real world environments.

Reporting to the CTO, you will act as the operational driver coordinating deployment activities for Sanctuary’s pilot sites and customer programs. You will ensure that our robots, systems, and infrastructure are deployed smoothly, safely, and on schedule across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented project management role that blends planning, coordination, and execution. You will work closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer teams to make sure every deployment, whether at a customer site or internal facility, runs with precision and clarity.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing multiple moving parts, from logistics to schedules to cross-functional alignment.

Success Criteria:
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project plans for system deployments across customer and pilot sites.
• Work closely with technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure readiness of all systems, packaging, and materials before each deployment.
• Track and communicate status of equipment, personnel, and site readiness, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners during deployments.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in scheduling, shipping, site access, or regulatory compliance.
• Support risk management by anticipating issues, escalating blockers, and keeping project documentation up to date.
• Regularly report progress, risks, and readiness updates to the Program Lead and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure deployment processes are continuously improved through lessons learned and structured feedback.

Your Experience and Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of experience in project management, operations, or deployment coordination in technology, robotics, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record managing complex logistics, multi-site projects, or customer delivery programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across technical and business teams.
• Comfortable managing details including tracking shipments, installation checklists, readiness reviews, and scheduling dependencies.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support deployments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
