Project Manager - Delivery Head

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager - Delivery Head to lead our project delivery team at Flatgigs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget while meeting our clients' expectations. You will oversee all aspects of project management including planning, execution, and delivery, while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery team, managing project managers and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Establish project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Oversee project execution, monitoring progress against milestones, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure transparency and collaboration across projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.
• Prepare and present project performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.
• Drive process improvements and optimize project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing project delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration toward successful project outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets and resource allocation successfully.
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
