Project Manager - Data Solutions

Location: New Delhi (please note that you will have to be located within daily commutable distance to New Delhi)

The Chainalysis Global Services Team drives education, adoption, and mastery of cryptocurrency technology and Chainalysis products across the ecosystem. The Project Manager is a critical role within Global Services, responsible for orchestrating high-impact initiatives that ensure successful delivery and expansion of Chainalysis products and services worldwide. This role is ideal for a highly organised, analytical project leader who has deep experience working with data-focused products—ideally in a SaaS environment—and who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional settings. You will ensure that every project moves efficiently from planning to execution, aligned to strategic goals and built on data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Global Services projects focused on data analytics, customer enablement, and product adoption.

• Define project scopes, KPIs, success criteria, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer outcomes.

• Apply data-driven project management practices to track progress, measure impact, and optimise execution.

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, communicating status updates, managing expectations, and proactively identifying risks.

• Oversee cross-functional project teams, providing clarity on roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.

• Facilitate communication channels between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring insights, dependencies, and blockers are surfaced early.

• Lead regular project ceremonies—kickoffs, stand-ups, retrospectives—to ensure momentum and delivery of key milestones.

• Identify and mitigate risks, leveraging data insights where possible to model outcomes and prioritise effectively.

• Continuously refine project delivery processes, emphasising scalability, repeatability, and improvements for data-driven services.

• Implement and champion best practices in project management methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), adapted for analytics and SaaS environments.

• Support the rollout and adoption of new Chainalysis services, analytics features, and operational tools globally.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in Data Analytics, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.

• A strong understanding of analytics workflows, data pipelines, dashboards, metrics, and how customers use data to make decisions.

• Experience partnering with Product, Data, or Engineering teams to deliver data-related initiatives.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate analytical concepts for diverse audiences.

• A proactive, adaptive problem-solver who embraces ambiguity and responds quickly to changing priorities.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and modern methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, global environments with a high degree of ownership.

Nice to Have Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience, particularly with SaaS, data analytics products, or software delivery.

• Experience with analytics or business intelligence platforms, data visualisation, or data products.

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across geographies.

• Experience delivering customer-facing projects where analytics outputs or insights were a key deliverable.

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or similar project management certification.

• Knowledge of blockchain technology or Chainalysis products is a plus.
