Job Description

• Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Determine and assess the need for additional project staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of UX/UI designers, software engineers, data scientists, developers, and business development team.
• Learn about new technologies.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a project management role (work experience in a fast-paced start-up environment is a plus)
• Know how to use Project Management tools like JIRA
• Strong analytical and critical thinking and real good at planning and estimation.
• Proactive in solving problems in various situations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• You loved to communicate via Slack or email.
• Good at English both oral and written is a must.
• Experience in AI/ML or data driven projects/products is a big plus
