We’re hiring a Project Manager, Data Migration & Integrations to join the team at a growing healthcare technology company operating in a highly regulated, data-driven industry.

In this role, you’ll lead technically complex implementations focused on system integrations and data migrations — ensuring accuracy, structure, and seamless delivery. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal technical teams, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.

Requirements:
🎯 What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of integration and data migration projects for multiple clients
• Lead the planning and execution of system integrations between platforms
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to execute implementation plans
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues related to integrations and data handling
• Facilitate client meetings, technical discussions, and status updates
• Ensure successful project completion before transitioning clients to post-implementation teams

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementations, or delivery roles, with experience leading SaaS, software implementation, or data migration projects
• Experience managing technical projects involving integrations and/or data migrations
• Strong understanding of system workflows, data structures, or APIs (no coding required, but must be comfortable in technical discussions)
• Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, or ETL processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a structured and organized way
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail, especially when working with data and system processes

• Exposure to healthcare, medical imaging, or other regulated industries

Benefits:
• Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
