Your Impact:
The Project Manager, Customer Enablement role is a strategic position within the business development team, supporting all service lines within the company. As a Project Manager, the right candidate would be responsible for multiple project engagements focused on continuous improvement and pricing of operations and services. The candidate will need to have strong business acumen, and will need to work cross functionally, supporting different projects as the needs arise. Focus for any given project may be on sales, business operations, finance/accounting, procurement, and process optimization.
Core Responsibilities:
• Oversees the development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFPs or other documents describing products and services in response to requests from customers
• Able to run reports and perform analysis using Excel based on data from Pearce’s Salesforce platform (prior experience using a CRM platform is desired)
• Develops and establishes a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits, and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate responses
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects and maximizes business opportunities
• Create presentations and deliver executive level summaries reporting on progress of deliverables
• Partners with procurement leaders to meet with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns
• Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience
• 5+ years of related project management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of CRM platforms is desired, especially experience using Salesforce, but not required
• Knowledgeable in areas of contract documents, project estimates, construction, and maintenance specifications
• Excellent communication and networking skills. Analytic, accurate, and focused style of work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel) is required
• Self-motivated person who can operate independently and can play well in a high-growth environment
• Ability to travel within North America as required
