We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across complex and fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on the healthcare insurance domain. This role involves driving projects from initiation to closure while ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes, while maintaining strong governance, communication, and risk management practices.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, charters, and work breakdown structures to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
• Drive project governance by managing scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation
• Identify risks proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions when required
• Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, including demand and capacity planning and efficient execution
• Work closely with solution teams and PMO to ensure smooth project initiation and resource readiness
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring regular updates, reporting, and expectation management
• Monitor project performance, track deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct audits and reviews to improve project effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Support change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals
• Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, tracking, and presentations
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end project management within complex environments
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training
• Strong understanding of healthcare insurance operations and business processes
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-growth environment
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and risk-focused mindset
• Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate confidently
• Experience working with standard software development life cycles (SDLC)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Flexibility to work in overlapping or night shifts as required
