About the Company
Join a high-performance construction firm delivering some of the most technically demanding commercial concrete projects in the region—including large-scale data centers and industrial sites.
Responsibilities
Lead commercial cast-in-place and tilt-up concrete projects from pre-construction through closeout
Own project execution: schedules, budgets, cost control, and quality delivery
Collaborate daily with superintendents, foremen, safety teams, and subcontractors
Review and manage contracts, drawings, and specifications
Drive change orders, billing, and cost tracking using Sage
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Participate in monthly night pours (critical, high-coordination concrete placements)
Balance office-based planning (mornings) with active job site leadership (afternoons)
Pay range and compensation package
Bonuses: Performance-based (individual + company)
Schedule: Typically ~7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with occasional extended hours for night pours)

Qualifications
3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Proven experience with cast-in-place and/or tilt-up concrete
Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across field and office teams
Proficiency with construction management software (Sage preferred)
Willingness to be onsite and travel to local job sites daily
