We are hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial solar and energy projects across the Los Angeles market. This role is focused on full lifecycle execution, including permitting, utility coordination, and field operations.
You will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through PTO (Permission to Operate), working directly with utilities, jurisdictions, and field teams. • Oversee field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules across multiple active jobs
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and project specifications
• Own project timelines, budgets, and overall execution
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues impacting delivery
• Maintain accurate project documentation and internal reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Experience with permitting, inspections, and utility interconnection
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and construction plans
• Experience managing field teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Background in solar EPC, electrical contracting, or energy infrastructure strongly preferred
Benefits:
• Competitive salary based on experience
• Health insurance
• Retirement plan options
• Paid time off
• Additional company-sponsored benefits
