We are actively hiring a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS) projects throughout the Monterey Bay Area. What You'll Own
• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial solar and battery storage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project execution including scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, contracts, and construction activities
• Track project budgets, billing, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, permitting activities, inspections, and procurement/buyout processes
• Lead or assist with construction meetings and maintain communication with clients, field teams, and stakeholders
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout packages
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating coordination and RFP/RFQ responses
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting within internal systems
Requirements:
• 2+ years of project management experience within commercial construction
• Experience in commercial solar, battery storage, MEP, electrical, or technical infrastructure projects strongly preferred
• Understanding of the full construction project lifecycle including permitting, inspections, scheduling, procurement, billing, and closeout
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and building permit processes
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet
• Experience with Jonas Premier is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
• Must be local to the Monterey Bay Area and able to work onsite
