We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial roofing projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence. 

What You’ll Do 

Lead all aspects of project delivery from planning through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget 

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations 

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration 

Act as the main point of contact for clients, forepersons, subcontractors, and suppliers 

Monitor progress, track costs, and proactively manage risks and issues 

Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards on every job 

Conduct project meetings, performance reviews, and post-project evaluations 

Oversee change orders, procurement, and cost tracking to maintain financial targets 

Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency across all stages of project execution 

What You Bring 

5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or roofing projects 

Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate complex project schedules 

Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and resource management 

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 

Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control, and industry best practices 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software 

Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (an asset)
