We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager to oversee the operational delivery of outsourcing and recruitment projects. This role focuses on ensuring delivery excellence, enforcing process compliance, and enabling commercial operations readiness to support revenue realization.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows while maintaining high operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Governance
• Drive project execution from kick-off to deployment
• Monitor hiring progress and delivery timelines
• Identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks
2. Process Ownership
• Ensure adherence to operational workflows and governance standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal delivery processes
3. Commercial Operations Coordination
• Ensure all operational inputs required for invoicing are complete and accurate
• Track contract durations, renewals, and continuity
• Support revenue realization by minimizing operational gaps
4. Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate across recruitment, HR, finance, and operations teams
• Ensure smooth transitions between different project stages
• Maintain clear and consistent delivery communication
5. Lifecycle Coordination
• Ensure onboarding readiness for deployed resources
• Support tracking of performance check-ins
• Coordinate and ensure completion of offboarding processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR, or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in project management, operations, or staffing delivery
• Experience in outsourcing or recruitment operations is preferred
