Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities::
• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones

• Oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage change orders

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Review and approve contracts, submittals, RFIs, and construction documents

• Ensure timely project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and client handoff
