Project Manager - Commercial Concrete

Job Description

What We’re Looking For

Elevate Concrete Systems is a commercial lightweight concrete contractor, and we’re looking for a Project Manager who can run projects, not just talk about it.

This role is about owning jobs from start to finish - keeping schedules tight, crews moving, materials on time, and problems handled before they slow the job down.

You’ll work directly with field crews, general contractors, and suppliers to make sure the concrete gets placed right, on schedule, and without excuses. If you like being in the mix, taking responsibility, and seeing a clean job at the end of the day, this one's for you.

What We Offer

When you interview for a job, it's a two-way street. While you're trying to put your best foot forward, we're doing the same. We are proud to offer an excellent compensation & benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off (including paid parental leave after 1 year of service!), bonus potential, 401k with company contributions, weekly pay, company-paid life and disability insurance, optional employee-paid additional life insurance for employees, their spouses, and children... I could go on, but you probably don't have all day!
