Your tasks:
• Independent planning and management of projects in the Cloud & Data Science domain
• Analyzing and translating client requirements into clear, structured, and actionable project plans
• Coordinating and aligning internal tech teams as well as external stakeholders
• Ensuring transparent communication and regular project reporting while adhering to timelines, resources, and budget constraints
• Early identification of project risks and development and implementation of appropriate mitigation measures and solution strategies
• Leveraging AI in project management to support planning, analysis, and efficient workflow design
• Maintaining and administering projects in the project management tool (e.g., tasks, timelines, resources, documentation)
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in an IT environment
• Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and manage projects
• AI-first mindset and practical experience using AI solutions in daily work (e.g., Google Workspace, agency workflows)
• Confident use of project management tools (experience with Zoho is a plus)
• Structured and reliable working style with a good understanding of priorities and dependencies
• Clear and assertive communication skills, with the ability to document and convey requirements effectively
• Basic knowledge of common project management methodologies
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Salary:
The annual gross salary for this position starts at €43,000. Depending on experience and qualifications, a fair overpayment is offered. Overtime is either compensated financially or through time off in lieu. There is no all-in agreement.
