Szukamy (Junior) Project Managera, który chce rozwijać się w stabilnym, doświadczonym zespole obsługującym dużego klienta z branży finansowej.
To rola dla osoby, która lubi mieć porządek w projektach, potrafi działać operacyjnie i samodzielnie, a jednocześnie czuje, że relacje z ludźmi są równie ważne jak dowiezione taski.
Będziesz pracować w zespole, który zna się i ufa sobie od lat, a Twoim zadaniem będzie pomóc nam dowozić projekty, dbać o komunikację i być realnym wsparciem dla klienta oraz kreacji.

✨ Szczegóły stanowiska:

Lokalizacja: model hybrydowy - 2 dni w tygodniu pracy w naszym biurze w Warszawie, z możliwością pracy zdalnej w pozostałe dni
Ścisła współpraca: zespoły Social Media, Creative, Strategy oraz Production

🥇 Codzienne zadania:

• Codzienna obsługa projektów.

• Koordynacja działań między klientem a zespołem kreatywnym, strategią i produkcją.

• Prowadzenie statusów, harmonogramów i pilnowanie terminów.

• Udział w spotkaniach z klientem (również w jego siedzibie) i dbanie o dobrą komunikację.

• Wspieranie zespołu w realizacji kampanii i bieżących działań komunikacyjnych.

• Porządkowanie informacji, briefów i procesów - tak, żeby wszystkim pracowało się łatwiej.

• Jesteś osobą zorganizowaną i dbasz o wiele rzeczy jednocześnie.

• Masz już pierwsze doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku.

• Komunikujesz się jasno - z klientem, zespołem i partnerami projektowymi.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
