Who you’ll be working with

We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms. You’ll be working directly with our client and the product teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, partnering with Product Managers to define scope, key milestones, and timelines.

• Facilitate team ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos to ensure smooth project execution.

• Track and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization, ensuring optimal team allocation and delivery efficiency.

• Ensure successful project delivery by identifying risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) early and executing effective mitigation plans.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to set expectations, align objectives, and provide visibility into progress.

• Oversee multiple interconnected workstreams or delivery pods for large-scale enterprise programs including aligning project-level activities with broader program goals.

• Coordinate with account and client principals to support client satisfaction, growth opportunities, and long-term relationship building.

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

• MUST have client-facing experience preferably in a consulting setting

• Five (5)+ years of formal, relevant project and/or product management experience

• High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer

• Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams

• Maturity and good judgment

• Highly Skilled communicator

• Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects

• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment

Bonus Points for these (Preferred Experience)

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharma application modernization.

• Familiarity with regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).

• CSM, PMP, or similar agile project certification.

• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.

Compensation

• $100,000-$125,000, the rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience
