Project Manager 5 - Organizational Change Management Agency Readiness Lead OAKS
Mandatory:
• At least 8 years of industry experience providing customer service to businesses.
• At least 8 years of experience working in journalism, marketing, communications or public relations.
• At least 2 year experience working on a software deployment project.
• At least 2 years of organizational change management experience.
Preferred:
• At least 2 years of experience working within a highly matrixed organization.
• At least 2 years of experience creating and managing project tasks.
• Experienced in applying Prosci organizational change management methodology or similar methodology.
• Government or higher education experience.
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, business or related field
Role Description:
• Design and deploy the OAKS Agency Liaison Networks for enterprise projects.
• Assist with creating and conducting organizational change management tasks for multiple projects.
• Establish and execute communications strategies in consultation with state and project leaders.
• Serve as a liaison with different project teams and business units for the development and distribution of key messages and agency readiness tasks.
• Manage project communication planning, development, distribution and feedback mechanisms.
• Plan and conduct large scale in-person and virtual meetings with different agency liaison groups.
• Conduct marketing campaigns.
• Monitor, administer and update OCM assessments, readiness activities, and surveys for agencies.
• Build and maintain custom distribution lists for newsletter releases and email blasts.
• Conduct workshops as needed to review readiness tasks.
• Build rapport and credibility with agencies.
