Project Manager - Business Intelligence & Reporting

Master-Works is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager – Business Intelligence & Reporting to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead on business intelligence projects, ensuring that our reporting solutions meet the strategic needs of our clients. You will oversee the project lifecycle, manage resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of BI and reporting projects

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion

• Coordinate with data analysts, BI developers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project objectives

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, present updates, and discuss project status

• Develop and maintain documentation including project plans, status reports, and communication plans

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future projects

• Stay updated on industry trends in business intelligence and reporting methodologies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in business intelligence or analytics projects
• Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, tools, and methodologies
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations effectively
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
