Project Manager - Business Analysis

As the Project Manager – Business Analysis, you will lead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will oversee the business analysis team, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions that enhance business outcomes. Your expertise in project management and business analysis will be critical in driving project success and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple business analysis projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
• Develop project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate with business analysts to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify improvement opportunities
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any challenges that arise
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for future enhancement

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in business analysis or a related field
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• PMP or comparable project management certification is preferred
