Job Description

Chapman Tate Associates are working with a growing and innovative organisation based in the West Midlands to recruit a Project Manager to manage and lead their ERP implementation project. This will include ownership of the full project management lifecycle, including implementing business, process and people change.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with stakeholders to identify potential system and process improvements

• Leading the businesses ERP selection and implementation process
• Working with business leaders to manage the delivery of projects
• Lead and develop a team of Project/Change professionals
• Liaise with third party stakeholders, to deliver and implement innovative solutions
• Work across various departments to manage the impact of change and projects

Candidate Profile:

• Project/Change Manager experience
• Hold qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, ISEB
• Experienced working on large scale transformational projects
• Previous experience managing budgets
• Experience of project managing a range of ERP systems
• Interest and ability to lead cross-discipline teams.

Salary:

Salary banding for this role is between £45,000 and £65,000 + Additional perks & benefits.
