Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and manage software development projects for our clients in the healthcare industry. You will serve as the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate is someone with a hands-on background in technology who has transitioned into project or delivery management. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational skills, and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects from inception to delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables
• Identify project risks and dependencies, and proactively work on mitigation strategies
• Own the delivery timeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project status, updates, and escalations
• Track project KPIs and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve processes for delivery efficiency and quality

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of total experience, including 2+ years in project/delivery management roles
• Prior experience as a software developer or engineer in a tech-focused environment
• Proven success in managing Agile software projects end-to-end
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience working with US-based or global clients, especially in the healthcare domain
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
• Certifications like PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP
