Our product lies at the intersection of three domains - food, software and hardware engineering. The role of the Project Manager is to work at the convergence of these to consistently deliver great food and experience to our users via our Kitchen Robot - Julia. This would involve coordinating and completing both Software & Hardware projects on time within budget and scope, overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.

Nymble's ambition is to solve the grind of everyday eating and put it on autopilot so that people can spend time doing things that they love. This role involves working towards this goal.

You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
• Communicating effectively, both internally and externally, working across different teams to influence, and driving decision-making and supporting the projects or product teams.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation and develop detailed and comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

An ideal candidate is someone who has:

• 3 years of experience in consulting from reputed firms/startups/tech companies in an operating role
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and building sustainable processes
• Ability to align stakeholders and to represent projects from business, product and technical perspectives; Ruthless prioritization skills between immediate-, medium- and long-term goals • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, resolve conflicts, negotiate and manage projects with a strong track record with proven growth in the current organization
• Exceptional communication and ruthless execution skills
