Detailed JD

· This project manager role will focus on a single project in the program that has two components of delivery. 1) Automation of financial reporting at a “service line level “using existing structures in place for other FSI related projects and 2) Establishing a common approach to project structures in Oracle PA across finance, accounting, and operational delivery stakeholders.    

· PM should be 6-8 years’ experience delivering projects using an Agile Scrum delivery model. SCM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred.

· Should have familiarity with Oracle Project Accounting module and general knowledge of finance/accounting practices/terminology.

· Will oversee day-to-day execution of activities across the project team as well as manage business activities required to complete project deliverables.

· Report status weekly. Track and manage project delivery using standard Agile techniques and the established program structure based on needs/expectations of the project and stakeholders. 

· Coordinate with the Program Manager to attempt to remove any barriers

· Strong approach to risk/issue management and change management approach (in an Agile environment).

· Ability to navigate across the Dell organization, inside and outside of Services, LOB’s, horizontals, etc.

· Assertive and adaptable

· Polished communication skills, effectively communicating with the internal customer and facilitating communication across stakeholder groups.

· Skillfully navigate difficult political situations with the internal stakeholder groups.
