Job Description
About Zerofy
Zerofy is building the digital layer that connects households to the clean energy system. Our cloud-based Home Energy Management System (HEMS) helps consumers reduce energy costs and CO₂ emissions by intelligently managing solar, EV chargers, batteries, heat pumps, and more.
Our product is offered as a white-label SaaS solution to solar installers, utilities, and OEMs. Backed by leading climate tech investors, Zerofy is growing quickly across Europe — and we’re looking for a Project Manager to help deliver successful B2B implementations and scale partner relationships.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with our B2B customers after the sale — managing the onboarding process, launching white-label apps, coordinating tasks, and ensuring communication flows smoothly between all parties.
You’ll coordinate between external partners and internal teams (engineering, product, design), helping keep everyone aligned on timelines and deliverables. You’ll also support partner API onboarding, user feedback during early launches, and various operations tasks across the company.
This is a great role for someone who’s structured, communicative, and excited about climate tech — and wants to grow into a broader product, customer success, or operations role over time.
Your Responsibilities
• Coordinate onboarding and app launches for B2B partners (installers, utilities)
• Set up and manage shared task boards (Trello, Jira)
• Schedule and lead recurring calls with partners, with follow-ups and task tracking
• Align internal and external deliverables to ensure smooth delivery
• Help define and manage effective communication setups (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Work with internal teams to unblock dependencies and move tasks forward
• Support OEM/API onboarding: documentation exchange, access setup, light testing
• Occasionally support user communications during pilot or early-stage deployments
• Take ownership of internal projects or operations tasks as needed
