• Provide PM oversight on airport design projects.
• Meet with clients, regulators, and agencies to develop strong professional relationships.
• Perform coordination between different elements of buildings design and special airports systems
• Deal and coordinate with architects and designers
• Internal coordination with project delivery teams
• Setting up the inter department agreements for projects
• Setting up and managing sub consultant agreements
• Organizing and minuting meetings both internal and with Clients
• Analyzing resources available versus needed
• Set up program for project and regular updates
• Preparing monthly reports of progress updates
• Preparing presentations for progress meetings in coordination with delivery teams
• Setting up financial structure of project with supervision of project director
• Following up on financial project performance with supervision of project director

• Degree in relevant architecture or engineering discipline
• Proven aviation/airport design experience including project management responsibility
• Experience with CAA design standards, procedures, and policies prefered
• Must have excellent communication and client relation skills
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to deal with confidential company matters
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint). · Autocad and BIM user
