Mission
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple creative, digital, and integrated marketing projects from concept to completion. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and excellence across all stages of delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement detailed project plans based on client needs and objectives, while internally taking responsibility for planning, deadlines, deliverables, and margins.
• Lead and manage multiple campaigns and digital projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery.
• Define and oversee project goals, schedules, and budgets to ensure deliverables are met within agreed parameters.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including creative, growth, and research teams—ensuring high-quality outputs and seamless collaboration.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Actively identify and resolve potential issues or changes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Mentor junior colleagues when necessary, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Goals:
• Deliver effective and creative campaigns and digital projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as the central point of contact between client(s) and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Effectively manage project goals, timelines, and budgets across multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate and engage multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project completion and collaboration.
• Continuously improve processes and mentor junior colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the team.
