We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Corporate Training business unit and play a key role in delivering AI upskilling programs for corporate and institutional clients.
In this role, you will manage training initiatives end-to-end, working closely with Sales, Delivery and client stakeholders to ensure that programs are clearly scoped and delivered. You will translate commercial commitments into structured execution plans, maintain ongoing client follow-up, and ensure that both governance and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This is a client-facing, execution-focused role for someone structured, proactive, and comfortable owning programs from post-sale handover through to completion.

💼 Your Responsibilities
1. Own End-to-End Program Delivery
Own corporate training programs from post-sale handover through successful completion
Lead large-scale training initiatives in coordination with institutional and external stakeholders
Translate commercial commitments into structured plans, managing scope, timelines, risks and dependencies
2. Manage Operational Program Execution
Oversee the operational execution of corporate training programs across all phases
Manage participant communications beyond traditional classroom delivery, including onboarding, funding guidance, eligibility validation and post-training follow-up
Ensure full compliance with administrative requirements related to funding mechanisms, certification processes and institutional reporting
Ensure smooth operational alignment across Sales, Delivery, and Admissions teams
3. Lead Client Governance & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and institutional partners
Lead governance touchpoints, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines and responsibilities
Maintain proactive follow-up to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
4. Drive Program Impact
Capture client feedback and develop use cases to assess program impact
Continuously refine the participant journey across pre- and post-training stages, identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and test new services
Contribute to communication and outreach initiatives related to large-scale institutional projects
👇 About You
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
~2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Startup Operations, or other delivery-focused roles
Experience managing multi-workstream projects with diverse stakeholder groups
Structured and execution-driven, but comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
Based in Lisbon (hybrid model)
