Project Manager – 6 Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced project manager professional to support our expansion initiatives across Latin America. This role will be critical in coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication across our regional operations.

Please note this is a 6 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities::
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects across the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies

• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution of blockers

• Facilitate communication between regional teams, stakeholders, and global headquarters

• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

• Support resource planning and capacity management across projects

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed

Required Qualifications::
• Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)

• 5+ years of project management or PMO experience

• Payment, Banking, or Fintech industry background required

• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

• Experience working in or with Latin American markets

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Xomfortable working across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications::
• Portuguese language skills (advantageous for Brazil operations)

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications

• Experience with card issuance, payment processing, or digital banking products

• Previous experience in contract or consulting roles
