We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the successful delivery of technology projects across the organization. The PMO will play a critical role in ensuring project governance, standardization of processes, reporting, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
This role will work closely with project managers, technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain project visibility, ensure adherence to PMO standards, and help drive successful project outcomes within scope, time, and budget.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of timecards regarding contractors across multiple teams.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate project status meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs, risks, and progress.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Identify potential project risks or issues and help coordinate mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and improve PMO tools, templates, and reporting dashboards.
• Support resource planning and capacity management across projects.
• Assist in project portfolio tracking and prioritization.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project management within an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Additional Employee Requirements  
• Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary. 
• Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary. 
• Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary. 
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary. 
• Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary. 
• Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary. 
• For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary. 
• For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required, as driving is an essential job function.
