Talent Worx is looking for a highly motivated Project Management Officer (Manager) to oversee the execution of various strategic projects. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving project management best practices, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the project teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably within a management role overseeing project teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent skills in managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication, and addressing concerns.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess project performance, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to communicate project goals to stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and tackle project challenges.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management and understanding financial implications of project decisions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required for project-related activities.
